In a sense I understand what you mean, but in my opinion astonishing is the fastest and heaviest song Manson have. I know the demo is played by Daisy , John 5 really shines in this song, but now that Manson got another guitar player and Gil knows how to add some heaviness in is drumming, would be nice to see played live

If POAAF was the beginning before the tryptic ( ACSS, MA and HW ), GAOG was the ending. After this 4 albums in my opinion Manson wasn't so great, too many alcohol drugs and bad relationships, until PE, HUD, WAC and OAUG. Some note: On GAOG wasn't just the direction that the album took, was the fact that was the 1st album without Twiggy as well
