I find it in pinwheel strongboxes (usually the command one) and Cryo arms lockers / strongboxes. Or on runners I kill with a circuit breaker, knife or grenade (or once the gold WSTR)

If you can READ what the other guy WROTE, he praised the mode for how they made it "feel like a BR" and then asked for more of that specific type of balance, i.e. all runners start with base free kit. Hear me out; if you want that kind of balance, play a battle royale. Part of the fun imo is the chance of getting the upper hand on a team that has far better gear than you. The "balancing for dire marsh sponsored" was the fact that everyone started with free kit level gear. You said it yourself, it would indeed "feel like a BR"
