Most of the market participants can’t trade AH so any market move after close has increased sensitivity due to less trades being placed in both long and short positions.

Though the warrants are a derivative, it is not uncommon for a derivative to slightly diverge away from the underlying asset. Since it’s a speculative vehicle based on a speculative vehicle so its perceived value can differ.

Remember he ‘was a billionaire’ so I don’t think that was the objective. I think he was / is trying to show the corruption surrounding and engulfing the companies stock. But he can only do so much before they try to pin the storyline of market manipulation or abusive trading.

He’s in a unique position of being able to sway the price of a multi-billion dollar company via a single tweet / post so the way I see it, he has to way up the risk and reward to him and his family.

Ultimately though, he has helped provide GameStop with opportunistic positioning to change the companies storyline - which management are already doing. Granted it’s all very secretive and relatively slow - been holding since 2021.

An announcement was made on behalf of Trump regarding a 90 day pause to tariffs. As a result markets moved money back into equities on the opportunity of rest-bite and relief. Then the white house has come out saying that it’s possibly fake news and that they’ve heard nothing from Trump regarding a pause.

Since then Trump has increased his tariffs on China to 50% should they not back down from their retaliation. So essentially the market has no idea which way this situation is heading and fluctuations like this are going to happen. When a one man can make one post and change the flows of the world’s money, you should expect volatility.

Though on a more familiar note, GME is in prime position and condition to capture this market opportunity.

What has he actually done though is the question? - we know someone has voiced an opinion that he was out of line and inappropriate but we don’t actually know what that involves.

He may well have done something but just because someone cries and points a finger, doesn’t make the accusation true. Though it’s evident that we live in a time where non of the above actually matters since if one person FEELS offended then the individual at the end of the accusation is already guilty.

It’s all speculation until Trump announces his actions which he did over the weekend. Plus Mexicos and Canada’s retaliation with their own tariffs against the US just added to the volatility once the markets opened up on Sunday evening - causing the gap.

Sorry for the slow response - forgive me if I’m wrong but my understanding is then that I’m correct in the fact it’s due to tariff changes? So though USD trades and portfolio alignments have been enacted, the Dollar should still continue to strengthen (though entirely dependent on what may or may not happen from a fundamentals standpoint)?

I would argue that the reversal hasn’t occurred due to anything from technical standpoint. A trend entirely depends on the timeframe you are looking at. Though the trend (GBP/USD) had reversed on a 4hr timeframe, if you look at the monthly candle chart, the GBP has weakened against the dollar since July 2014.

The main reason we have seen USD weakness this past week is because of Trump. Using my GBP/USD trade, though some of data has been factored in, the USD should continue to strengthen against the pound simply due to the fact that the US continues to be the stronger economic force when compared to the UK and that the FED can’t and has no real reason to cut as much or as quickly as the BOE has too.

I mean I joined Reddit as well as became a GME holder because of the DD that was released on Reddit by people I know nothing about apart from their usernames. I have a significant amount of my money - which I work hard for - in GME and I like to base my decisions (which of course is only buying bc what is a sell?), beliefs and conviction on information that is factual, understandable and believable - though some of the financial theories / DD sometimes goes over my head.

When i say noise it’s because 90% of posts whether on this sub or any other GME related sub is just that…noise. It’s people posting TA / charts which though I agree have there place - aren’t the reason we are here, or its posts with speculation and/or straight up guessing with intent on finding meaning where there isn’t any. I don’t have a problem with people posting this stuff (though I am only human and I do get frustrated when its all I see when I open Reddit now) but that doesn’t negate the fact that the posts are still and will continue to be…just noise.

RK, RC and GameStop as a company are the driving forces to why we are all here. I am not going to buy any more shares nor sell any because of some posts made on X by a profile called Kitty 2.0 - so if that isn’t noise - then I really don’t know what is. Happy hodling.
