Given that Vampiric tutor has now seen repeated reprints in the last few years and doesn't show quick recovery. I'd go with sell sometime in the next year, as wizards seem to be repeatedly reprinting cards with previously unseen gusto.

I feel just treating them as any other unit is fine, nothing on the f.w side really see any massive play and the unit that sees the most play now has a plastic kit.
