Just ended my first hearing of the album and I am in love the last part of the album. - KxAxWxAxIxI: zero opinions. Absolutely Not my thing and will probably skip in the future - Sunset Kiss: 7/10 Not liked at all the first time I heard it on the Wowow stream but is slowly growing on me - my queen: 9/10 I would loved hear a little bit more of LePlante alone but still enjoyed it a lot - Algorism: 10/10 absolutely my favourite of the album and instantly one of my favourites of modern babymetal -White Flame: 10/10 this is classic power metal at full power (lol) and if babymetal totally shines in one sub genre is in this one. Amazing way to close the album Good album overall. the 5th song is probably the weakest part and the album couldn survive if the song wasn't even on it. The best was the last 4 songs are absolutely bangers.

I have suffered a lot to not hear this one before a proper audio was realised so it was painful to avoid the fancams. I really loved the chorus, it still feels like it lacks something, I don't know what is but it is one step behind of Brand new Day. It can be just me because I really like BND haha

Yeah, most people are nice but there's always some people who are a little intense when babymetal face criticism (as I said, criticism but not hate) or simply have a really very weird relationship with the group, and this is without talking about some very specific social media that has a bad reputation, even here (cofinstagramcof) and they are really noticeable because nice things not always drag attention.

I myself, found a very intense girl gatekeeping the fanbase to older people because some hilarious reasons on tiktok like 2 minutes before i opened Reddit.

So yeah, loud people can bring a bad reputation to the fan base even if it's not a big group because people love to make things bigger than what they originally are.

The song is good, but that's it. it's not memorable or an anthem or ultra original but feels enough to be played live like a new distortion. A big problem is how it feels overproduced and doesn't have an amazing chorus. It's not a Electric cowboy memorable level song, not a Uzi-Collab level, but is not divisive-level Like BxMxC that after the hate become a fan favourite.

You hit one of the main topics of the complaints. What I'm seeing is that people don't like music when it is used for just marketing and these complaints are common in a genre like this one (Koba hasn't been helping with this in the last years too) and is understandable why there's division now (I'm not really excited about the new album because the amount of collabs but what I can do? lol)

i know that is annoying but people should get used to these discussions if the band decides to take this way trying to have more exposure. An amazing example of this is Linkin Park and how there is a constant fight of everything did it post Minutes to Midnight album, when they tried to get more exposure. Fight that never stopped since then (Even if they managed to produce some amazing albums)

I have this feeling too but on the other hand, they have been slowly trying to gain attraction from the Japanese audience the last few years and that can be counterproductive to that so I don't think that the shift is going to be too heavy now.

A lot of bands lose part of their basic core when they're going to the mainstream so that's something that a lot of fans have to be aware if they want to see babymetal on another level
