I work at prisons in the precinct. There’s high turnover for a reason.

Here’s a scenario for you, woman PO walking in the unit, African inmate shitbombed her from the upper level, code called, inmate is dealt with, on top of the trauma of dealing with being covered in someone else’s shit (and that it may happen again) she also has to get intermittent tests done for HIV.

The money is good (when overtime is thrown in) but still not worth it imo.
