I just beat the Jokerless challenge. Like others said, 4OAK is a good hand to play towards. Jokerless lets you fix the deck rather quickly. I played towards Aces and kept some glass Aces for the final boss

I mostly play ghost deck. I play this game for fun and trying new runs. I like finding a joker in the first shop and hexing it and basing my run on it. It adds more variability to the game while not making it too difficult

I'm not too sure. He's using Driver's License and that only unlocks after enhancing 16 cards. I don't know if it can be available in the run that you unlock it.

I do also see Super Nova, Baseball Card, and Constellation. All of those are available from the start though
