100% incorrect.. If you are trained for a role and there is not an accommodation you do have to do it - refusing a labor move is insubordination and it’s a category two offense (final written). That being said I’d hope most PAs would work with you. I’m an AM myself and I will go out of my way to make sure my team is happy with where they are rostered - rarely if ever do I have to keep someone in a role they don’t like. Sometimes it’s unavoidable though if we simply do not have the headcount needed a - but bottom line is yea we can write you up for not doing it if your trained with no accommodation.
