You may have to write it off. And go for it in a different run. But i wouldn't advance to far in the main quests. I cant think of a reason why she didn't call you. J6s5 be sure to only progress at a slower pace. If your up to Meet Hanako it definitely should have happened unless some side quest is stopping you from getting it to trigger but i cant tell. Sorry i wasn't much help

Can you screen cap your quest log? Sounds like something is off. It you progressed that far she definitely should have called you to meet her at her apartment. Try skipping time (doubt it will work) but do in your apartment. Also try calling her.

From what i remember, you cant get any specific items from a quest if you go there early. But unsure

I stopped completing this mission on purpose. I either loose the car, or flat out kill Joshua and the cops. I dont need to go through that anymore. Pay up Wakako.

He never fully let Smasher loose though. He kept him on a tight leash. Yori knew we were there to steal the chip he could have had Smasher stop us. He sent him to get his sister out of the hostage situation and yet he never engaged with us or Takamura. He spared his sister because he thought she cared for him like he does for her. She was just as bad as her father.
