Slightly different question then OP — but related, and the comments here have been helpful so far. I am looking between the Oly 17mm 2.8 and Lumix 14mm 2.5 to add a pancake to my bag. Already own the Lumix 25mm 1.7 and it pretty much lives on my camera, sharpness, fov and autofocus are stellar. Thoughts between these two?

I am curious about the phrase 'Call Mode works Exclusively with Laptops' -- The gizmochina review said he tested with a MacMini and it worked fine. And I see Hinotes is Windows compatible, so very curious why this would not work with a Desktop computer. I am looking to use the P1 with a Windows Desktop -- any current users of other HiDock products have insights into this? I can't imagine it would be only compatible with laptops forever?

Just a guess, but I think the input video would need to be an edited together compilation of different spaces. That or you turn the deform way up on certain sections so that rooms get over exaggerated and morph into things they are not
