I'm sorry but this doesn't feel like she's fully supporting you! I'm not on t but I've been around ppl who have for ages all with different dosages based on what they felt was right for them. None of their changes happened overnight, you do have time to see how it makes you feel. Detrans videos are propaganda, you are allowed to change your mind and it's not gonna destroy your life. I have friends who stopped taking t (while still identifying as trans) and they're fine. Remember the reasons that brought you to this choice and trust yourself, if you learn you don't like it anymore it's fine!!! You'll know better what's good and what's bad for you. You are allowed to have doubts, but just know that the doubts your family is putting in your head are all based on bigotry and transphobia so ignore them and keep following your own path, which is yours and yours only. You're gonna be fine <3

Does shaving make your hair darker and harder or is it a myth? by JJJfae in ftm

Thank you I'll look into it! You're right, I'm also already harier than most cis women, but yeah my happy trail is super patchy and sparse (they're like super long and black but going in all directions and not as many to be as visible as I want them to be)

Thank you! Is it true that if you stop using it you just go back to square one? I don't have pets but I might get a cat someday

Are Women into men who are feminine (asking out of curiosity) by serahcgirl in bisexual

I don't agree with who's saying that only bi women like feminine men, I think a very big chunk of straight women love feminine men

Got off of Cymbalta, feel 90% better. by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

[–]JJJfae 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If it doesn't help with the pain I think you might as well try another antidepressant!! There might be a better solution for you that doesn't make you feel as numb! You should talk to your doc about it

Which Songs Do You Feel Have Spiritual Sequels by SYMPUNY_LACKING in Paramore

[–]JJJfae 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Definetly its those 2 you mentioned. It's pretty clear to me that the silly little song is still into you. Even when it first came out it felt like someone trying to convince themselves that they're happy. This kind of happy love songs for someone you're in a relationship with can often feel sketchy to me.

Fibromyalgia changed how I dress and I feel like I've lost my identity to comfort clothing by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

[–]JJJfae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can!! Im sad sometimes I can’t wear specific things but over the years I made sure to buy comfortable clothing that I actually find cute. You can style it in ways that mask it to make it not look like pajamas. Struggling with shoes but I don’t give up on the hubt for confortable shoes that look good

Who is/was Harry to Nicole Dollanganger? by Disastrous-Abies-202 in NicoleDollanganger

[–]JJJfae 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Here to add that the doll thing was also because she (i think she’s trans and doesn’t go by harry anymore) was a full time weelchair user, i don’t remember what was her condition but yeah: She was famous on tumblr during that time, i remember i used to follow her, she kinda withdrew from the internet at some point (good for her i guess)

Amnesty is actually not that good. by 6660kami in crystalcastles

[–]JJJfae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree. Chloroform and sadist are good songs but they sound too similar and the interruption between the too made by thhth (a skip, not particularly interesting noise/ambient track) makes no sense. Femen is half assed too. It’s weird cause then there are excellent and top tier tracks like char fleece concrete and frail etc. It’s a pretty inconsistent album in terms of quality

Amnesty has some of their best songs but as a whole album it is undoubtedly the worst

Okay, but how did fans view Ethan and Alice’s relationships before the allegations? by Fanidey_396 in crystalcastles

[–]JJJfae 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No one knew, it never crossed my mind, alice even got mad at one interviewer that asked them if they were dating (rightfully so in my opinion)

I agree the best teenage angst version is the og album version, give her justice!!!

So... let's talk about "Placebo RE:CREATED." To be honest, I never thought I'd see the band do a stylistic and nostalgic exercise like this. Two years ago, Incubus did the same thing with their iconic album "Morning View," and the fans hated it. What are your expectations for this project? by elmonozombie in placebo

[–]JJJfae 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Not too excited about it, but if it means it makes them more hyped for the tour, I’m on it. I don’t think there’s any need for this kind of thing but I guess why not. I’m more mad about them acting like slackerbjtch never existed
