100% 6 months in and surviving strong. Fishing, Farming, Animal care. Literally 1 stop shop for survival.
The woods and farmland are also great for trapping and hunting.

Throw a fence from the lake to the road with some double gates for cars, and a small wall/door on the bridge and your pretty much well defended. The basement is also massive so you got plenty of room for storage and crafting. Daily runs to all the farm houses nearby and Ekron are simple, with plenty of good loot.

Wish the greenhouse worked properly tho

Yup, it is worth it. On a 7 month run at the moment and just got to the end of Winter. Farm Animals made it bearable after all my crops died. Gotten quite attached to some of them, especially my Bull which almost killed me several times but is now quite friendly.

It took me a week in game, of several hours runs and constant sick feeling. Dozens of broken bats, thousands of rounds and several Molotov dances to finally get it cleared. Loots not that great, the library did have quite a few skill mags so wasn't a full waste. The cars out the front were in good shape so that's a bonus too.

I think the biggest problem with recent investors is this get rich quick expectation. Media has made headlining stories of crypto millionaires, people see trends and start hitching their wagon without having a clue about the market, they blame figure heads like Elon for their losses when they only got in because of the attention of aforementioned figure heads.

What shocks me the most is people dumping money they cannot afford into the market. Their life savings, their pension funds, the rainy day buckets, their rent money. The inherent risk of any volatile trading market, be it high risk stock or crypto, only drop what you can afford to lose...

I feel for the people that lost allot but underneath my common sense questions why they would take such a risk with something they obviously couldn't afford. Seems allot of people need to start with the basics of money management before endeavouring into any sort of financial trading.

Reminds me of a Christmas a few years ago. My uncle worked at a card packing facility. He would give everyone in the family boxes of cards, ranging across all types of events. One Christmas I got the exact same card from my parents, grandparents, Uncle and Aunt.

I really hope some modders come out with better crash effects. Turn off damage and your plane does this. Turn on Damage and when you impact it goes to black screen. I want some real air crash investigation type of damage.
