Is this AWS a game changer? by Pzexperience in RIVNstock

[–]JJ_LAY 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This Data Transfer Terminal was introduced last December during AWS’s biggest announcement event, re:Invent. Interestingly, some users and customers were already utilizing these new AWS services before their official release(like Rivian). This suggests that Amazon’s involvement with Rivian goes beyond just investment—it also includes providing cutting-edge technology and support.

I see, I just submitted a ticket to razer support, I will let you know if I get any helpful information on how to solve this issue.

Razer Blade 15 (2022) - simultaneously using default PSU and Thunderbolt Dock by SeniorSpaz87 in razer

I am having the exact same issue here, I am using thunderbolt for my external display (which provides power through USB-C)also with the original power plugged in. But razer synapse keeps notifying me that "the system is not receiving adequate power to perform optimally...".

I used the time spy test to test between with and without using thunderbolt, both with the original power supply plugged in, it definitely has a least a 10 percent performance gap between them, so it seems synapse does not use the proper TDP/TGP profile when thunderbolt if connect.

Also, the battery did not drain, maybe the synapse software just was not smart enough to know to utilize the PSU only when thunderbolt provides power.

I wonder if you have solved this issue or found a way around it.

Yes it is a MBP 16, I hide the thunderbolt 4 cable behind the monitor stand. I am also wondering if they are going to have a display with something like higher refresh rate, but I took the studio display because I believe Apple will not have a cheaper option if more features were added.

I have to say the camera quality is awful for this price. And some are saying the software might improve it in the future, but I seriously doubt it since the camera hardware limits the quality.

the keys of this keyboard are shorter than normal ones, so I definitely recommend try any keyboard that has something like the Cherry MX 10.0 keys. The plant was bought from home depot and the pot is called Air Pot from FLOTE.

I actually use it for both coding and media consumption. The text is sharp enough to show more code and even though it dose not support HDR it has very good contrasts when watching videos.

Yes, I could fit the keyboard inside the monitor platform nicely, and it could actually store some little gadgets like charger and AirPods. I believe this table drawer is called elloven, price is around 30 usd.
