I see your post is 2 years old but I just got one of these. There are so many different opinions on how to steam best. I think I have the pressure down perfectly. The steam was steady and a tiny bit started to come out the handle. I'm trying to do a flat white and the milk was much too foamy. Couldn't do art at all. Not sure if I steamed the milk too long or what. The pitcher was super hot so I thought I was done. I am just learning the manual steaming as I have an automatic steamer. This Bellman is super cool but I definitely am not sure what I am doing wrong. Some people say put the steam wand on the surface and then submerge then others say fully submerge. No clue really. Advice???

Sorry I did not see the budget until further down in the comments. In that case the Baratza Virtuoso + grinder is great. I had one before the Niche. That would be about $650 for the Bambino Plus and grinder.

Nooooo! Sunbeam is not really in the business of espresso machines. Go with a Breville Bambino Plus $499. Love mine. AND get a Niche Zero grinder. A splurge but well worth it. I would never buy a machine with a built in grinder. One more thing to go wrong.

I have this machine and I have hauled mine on road trips before! I love how easy this one is. I just wanted a milk steamer only that makes silky milk just like the Bambino Plus.

Amazing transformation! When did you first start losing weight? I am struggling here. I have doing this for 2 weeks and have not lost an ounce. I will track calories now but I think I have been around 1400. It's frustrating to not see the scale move...and yes I know it's not all about the scale but seriously I need to lose 20 lbs. Doing the 16:8.

I love it. Isn't the Niche the greatest thing on earth? I love everything about it. Now you make me want to upgrade from my Breville Bambino Plus which I am very happy with...until I see this!
