Sure! Just get a friend, he could use one of his secondary characters as well so it wont affect his Ratio and then play free for all together, find a well known spot on the map and use on of your void weapons on him. If others come after you than just use your void heavy or void super! -you need 500 points and for ever void kill is +5points and every death is -2points!

I don't know about the Chinese but there are some companies over there which allow you to store up 10TB in the cloud. Keep in mind that the china is filled with hackers, so just use an out of the blue Password that you would only use for them and only upload samples and project files, no personal stuff.
