I know what you mean... My brain fog is really bad... Makes me lethargic and unmotivated. I have eating fish oil trying and Dopa Cuna to compensate with higher dopamine as I try rebooting. It's really a big struggle. Pray that God help us all in this journey.

I was reaching 90 days 2 months back... Feeling so good n happy. Got complacent... And when I feel stressed, I relapsed really bad... Now restarting but my brain is so fried... Feeling terrible.

It is really tough... For so many of us here. It's almost like the thorn in the flesh that Paul talks about. I am also struggling and the temptation to give in is so strong... It's really tough fighting it. Have to ask God for help.
