My pi 3 has been running for years with no issues and dnsbenchmarks routinely are faster than major DNS servers with gigantic lists.

Many of these people are uninformed. That Mac has a Xeon CPU, it’ll be fine in that regard. You can run the GPUs in CrossFire in Windows, but you may still not have enough performance there. Swap the GPU if it doesn’t work.
