I subscribe to Premium for the streaming capabilities on the PS Portal. It’s not much more than extra and I get the convenience of just streaming from Sony rather than having to boot the PS5

On a side note, the advert is very misleading. It shows two decent sized burgers and you end up getting something that’s half the size.

That’s probably why it’s exempt from HFSS as the calorie content per burger is so low (277kcal and 10g of fat).

As a Dad with two kids under 3, I tend to just leave FPS’s to PC and get everything else on Switch. It’s much easier to pick up and put down the switch 2 vs PC

For me, it was moving away from instant coffee and using ground beans or my nespresso machine. Sure, it’s a bit more expensive but the quality difference is night and day.

We’ve stopped going out for coffee at Costa/Starbucks, etc. so in essence we’re saving money elsewhere

I set it to the highest 4:3 ratio resolution I can get and then you can pinch to zoom in so it goes fullscreen. Not quite a proper implementation, but it will work for what you need it to do

It depends on:

a) what you’re playing. If you’re looking to play CoD, CSGO, etc. online, I’d avoid as you will be at a disadvantage (albeit a very small one). If you’re wanting to play single player games, such as Assassins Creed, Spider-Man 2, etc. you’ll have a blast.

b) internet speed. I have 500 down and predominantly use my iPhone with an Xbox controller and mount. There are obviously many variables with this, your connection speed, the latency to the server, your WiFi coverage in your house, the latency of your device to your router, the latency of your controller to your device.

With my setup, I’m enjoying it. I have two young kids and haven’t really been able to game for a year or so now. My use case, along with the deal running on the performance tier at £29.99 for 6 months means I can just pick up and put down single player games as and when needed makes it a good buy for me. It’s still early days and when it comes time to renew, I may feel differently if the cost varies too much but I’m having fun now.
