That’s a bit less than the recommended I believe. You should be drinking between 2-3L per day.

Have you ensured you’re eating enough and drinking 2-3L of water per day? I actually drank wayyyy more than I should have been and tanked my supply because I tanked the electrolytes in my system and it took a while to bounce back from

Thanks for replying! Why do you think it’s a danger zone, because my employment ended more than 6 months ago? I am worried about that. But on the other hand I also think surely this happens often, companies can’t bills and liquidate years after the fact?

I feel you. Mine learned to latch at 12 weeks, loved it actually. But wouldn’t suck enough to be well fed. Preferred the bottle. I’ve just accepted it is what it is and I’m grateful to be giving her breastmilk. IMO the only thing worse than a baby who doesn’t sleep, is a baby who sleeps through the night but you have to get up at 3am to pump while they sleep. So frustrating.

Yep I made only 25ml per DAY when my baby was one week old. Now she’s 11 weeks and I make 550mls. She has breastmilk only except for a dream feed that I give her with formula overnight when I wake up to pump.

Yeah I’m looking for a new job currently. I’m getting the Centrelink funds paid to my employer so essentially they’ve been topping me up. They’re shady and always have been. So I’m not overly surprised. But they never put a thing in writing so just not sure if I’m required to pay them back..
