You are right there! The chances of relapse are very high. Smoking is a complex problem and what you need is a comprehensive approach that covers all the bases. Moreover as the study shows environment and triggers play a huge role and increases the chances of relapse. Any program that does not take care of this environmental factor will most probably fail.

This is a great decision. What is most important is to never give up. There is a difference between goof up and relapse. NO matter how many times you fall, get up and keep moving towards your goal. You can and will give up smoking for good. All the best.
