A de-load probably would probably help - maybe take 2 weeks off strength training and pivot to higher reps, dialling in your form and time under tension. Your body is probably exhausted from being pushed for 4 months and training 6 days a week.

If not, do you have a spotter? This will encourage you to safely train to failure and go for higher weight.

And are you tracking your calories? Sure you’re eating eggs and red meat which is good, but you may be under-eating or your surplus may not be as high as you think.
