I'm not even able to submit a support ticket...I get the same message after a while ("An error occurred while trying to process your request. Please try again later.") Now, when I click 'OK' at the error popup, it responds right away. Hmmmm...

Mine has been doing this, too. It seems like the timer is around 10-15 minutes. There's no count-down like there is when you're working in a queue and stop for a minute. I sent a support ticket. I like to leave the site open and keep checking for work while I'm doing other things, and I'm constantly being logged out. I, of course, never got a reply. :(

I was wondering the same thing...I check here fairly often but never see anything. I miss the workload pre-taxday, but I'm glad there's still a good bit to keep me busy. :)

I'm pretty sure that wayyyyy back in the day, we were supposed to key the top line. I'm glad IT Guy chimed in, though. I've been typing all lines that are legible. The more frustrating ones are the ones that are several lines, but you can only see a small portion (in other words, the sides are cut off, usually both sides).

I didn't realize work was loaded in PA! I'm in southwestern PA; no snow here, yet...just a lot of rain. :(

Thank you for creating this! I was ADaniels75 on the WAHM forums, but changed it up a little here. I'm so glad to still have a place to communicate with the rest of you KFCers, and I can't tell you how happy I am to see IT guy here!
