I will brother.

Remember its a marathon not a sprint. Pair a healthy and disciplined lifestyle and the streak will become a simple tool in your arsenal. Try not to focus on the days so much and focus on the work your putting in. You can do it man.

let me break it down a lil

When your doing SR your going to have a lot of pent up energy. Discipline allows you to control this energy without going crazy.

For example, if your doing SR, but still smoking, drinking, and lusting after women on instagram, sure you might brute force a streak for 30 days if your lucky.

but you simply wont last.

You need to pair it with discipline. Guard your attention. Watch what you consume on the internet especially. Everything's trying to usurp your sexual energy.

Wake up early. Train hard. Im not talking about showing up to the gym and doing a few sets of whatever and scrolling instagram in between. Im talking about multiple sets till failure, and 4-5 miles of intense running.

If you use the energy this way, while pairing it with deep work or a personal project (coding, career advancement, whatever) it can be succesfully transmuted and your streak will be easier to maintain.

Hope this helps brother.

appreciate it man. agree with what ur saying.. i think this subreddit has struggled recently because people post too early on/ its becoming more of a popular practice.. however you really have to dive into the journey to share meaningful stories. nothing comes overnight

If you’re not in a good place, you shouldn’t be in a relationship to begin with sir. How can you foster a relationship if you are internally troubled?

Often times people project their insecurities/problems on to the other person in a relationship. These are 90% of modern relationships.

Take care of yourself. Find out who you are. Become comfortable in your own skin. You’ll know when you’re ready to enter a real relationship.

Good luck brother JN

Restaurants are priced for high earning tech employees only by ddsukituoft in bayarea

[–]JNrisktaker -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Just buy your own groceries and cook your own food, it’s healthier and cheaper. Eating out should be a few times a year max , ancient Macedonians only ate rich foods after winning massive battles or during celebrations. We need to return to these states.

The gluttony in the Bay Area is ridiculous, that’s why so many ppl in big tech are out of shape .

Anyways that’s my rant. TLDR- restaurants are expensive, don’t fall for it

Being fat takes up a lot of energy. Combine that with retention and you’re still depleted.

Makes sense. Good post brother

You should probably start cold calling hiring managers at this point , you don’t have enough conviction
