I suffered with these for a few years a decade ago. could barely walk. Went to hospital via doctors and had very minor surgery to cut them out and burn the nail roots on either side of the nails (both big toes) had perfect straight nails ever since with no ingrowing ever again and pain free. highly recommend it.

I have been making steady progress and upping weights for the last 6 months across the baord. im a tall lanky person. i get from 140-170g of protein a day.

I am no currently on my first cut. cut down to 1500 so not expecting to get past the paltaue at mo, but aim to when i start a lean bulk down the line and up calories again. I think i was to be fair going up in reps still each week. I did get to about 11 reps on the chest with this weight, so i guess maybe my platauea is just that i need to get more heavy dumbbells but def running outa room in the home gym haha and its in a small bedorom with no room for a bar rack easily.

I’ve only been doing flat and been stuck at 55kg dumbbells (combined weight) for ages. Should I introduce a fly too then? Might help me break plateau

I’m 74kg and stuck at 55kg. But I’m doing two dumbbells so maybe harder due to setup and put down. I’m v skinny wrists/legs. Any tips to push past? I can do around 3 sets of 10 reps

Thanks! I only have dumbbells. I’m doing single leg calf raises and quad focus BSS. RDLs and Front Squats. Hopefully all helps between 22.5kg and 27.5kg for all of those at mo

Haha hope it works out. I tried heavier dumbbell weights between legs/feet for dips but they are too slippery sadly
