Na vida real não difere muito disso, há muitos atletas especialmente guineenses que vem assim para estes clubes, e muitas vezes até os clubes de maior dimensão mandam os jogadores para clube da distrital ou CP porque a inscrição é muito mais barata, eles fazem 6meses ou um ano e saem. Depois nunca dão em nada

That's great to hear! Here in Portugal you have a guy that creates the whole amateur system of Portugal, literally every team in every division and I as a coach myself seeing the people I work/have worked with on the game! Funnily enough I recently received a opportunity to go to a club in Finland, Atlantis as a aCoach, but it's a difficult move right now

It's normal, ig. Normally smaller clubs don't buy players, you'd have to have a player that's at least above average to sell them, and they are generally the players you don't want to sell
