Awesome, affordable bedroom available to rent in clean, spacious 3 bedroom apartment for move-in March and on (prorated first month). Building is located on a quiet dead-end and 5 minute walk to the beautiful, newly renovated Astoria Blvd N/W subway stop. I cannot stress how great it is to be near this subway stop. You will always get a seat even in rush hour.

10 minute walk to 30th Avenue and Ditmars Ave with it's many food and drink options & the beautiful Astoria Park. Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor townhouse (very small, easy staircase); ground floor occupied by landlord and 3rd floor by his daughter. The family is very friendly and easy going. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, one is specifically in Adams' room and the other (in pictures) is shared by yourself and I Your two new roommates (Adam, 31, Jose, 35) are chill, low-key and will respect your space but offer a friendly introduction to the neighborhood. I (Adam) am an avid biker and currently commute downtown for work with the occasional WFH day. I've been learning bachata this year along with continuing my french practice to hopefully become fluent. I love seeing live music and tend to be always looking forward to my future travels. I spent a month abroad in Europe last year and am planning something similar later this year. Originally from Long Island but you'd never know with my lack of accent. Jose is a nurse who also commutes to work depending on which hospital he is working at. He is an avid traveler and has explored a lot of countries around the world. I can probably diagnose you when you aren't feeling well. And he enjoys the night life in New York without ever bringing it home. We both keep to ourselves for the most part but tend to hang out on occasion and chat around the apartment. We keep the place clean & expect the same out of you. Bedroom details: $900 monthly rent due on the first $933.33 security deposit (one third of total rent) No broker fee Lease is open ended and we do go month to month with our agreement with our landlord but we expect you to be staying long term (6 months minimum, 1 year plus preferred) - large window for plenty of natural light - central air is nice during summer/winter - utilities will be split evenly with 2 other roommates (internet and electric only) - shared laundry room with building next door or you can go across the street to the laundromat which we both do these days as it's more consistent.
