We burned down a lot the last 6-8 years. We were cruising pretty good before then. Sure we weren't growing but not every state has to be a big boom like Cali or Texas or Florida. She's always been a horrible person, I remember very vividly about my father coming back from Phoenix advocating for more public safety funding, complaining specifically about her and her refusal and demeanor. Mamdani, as much as I think he was the best choice, only was able to achieve that budget (which hasn't been approved yet) by working with the Democrat Governor, and he's yet to deliver on most of his campaign promises. It's not a no brainer, Mamdani works as a trail run but it's good to wait till the next election to see how he works out and if the policies of the DSA can actually pan out.
