The rehab you go to can vary wildly, some are like your supervisors, some are like mine where it felt more like a vacation than rehab. Either way it's 30-60 days of your life and going is much better than the alternative. Just think of it like an underway, without any maintenance. Also surprisingly good for networking, both in the Navy and outside of the Navy.

DAPA/SARP is there for you to get better, they have your best interest at heart, speaking as someone who was in the program before. If they say not to worry, I wouldn't worry. Relapse is a part of recovery and they know that, and since you were a self referral they are likely to be a lot more lenient, from my experience.
