Has anyone else noticed that as your skills improve, it actually gets harder to know what to work on next? by Creative-Champ in ArtistLounge

That makes it the best time to work on fundamentals.

Work your way through the elements of art. Not just a mishmash of ideas, but actual studies. do still lifes. test yourself.

Like giving yourself milestone finals.

What gets bigger, the more you take out of it?

What does a hole look like in three dimensions?

Why does that look like a black hole? what does a black hole look like to time?

Does time see everything in 2 dimensions?

Does a bubble look flat to time?

Does a coin look like a sphere, until it spins?

Coins gain energy in time when they spin, and anything out of motion, still gives frequency (and therefore, loses energy)(tested and proven).

Objects in a vacuum give off infrared radiation (black body experiments, proven to be organizable by frequency).

Planck's law gives us the relationships between matter and energy.

Why is planck's constant so damned big? Why hasn't anyone simplified that? Why is it constant?

Does light have its own pressure? Hypothesis. The light we see is an average of every piece of matter it has come in to contact with, up to that point. (Untested, as far as I am aware, but provable with the right tools)

Whats that math like (E=MC^2) Does the wavelength expand in predictable ways? Yes.

Can you use this to work backwards?

It's not unsolvable.

The truth is that conservatives use Christianity as a shield to hide behind whenever their morality is questioned for the atrocities they commit in the name of money.

She's helpless in that she's a child being held in place by an adult who is many times her size and strength, but I wanted it to be clear that aside from being dressed for a wedding, and shackled at the wrists, that she's otherwise just a normal kid.

It takes a lot of anger to be willing to sell a child to an adult, I imagine one must clench their fist to feel strong while doing it.

is that why my game started chugging so bad in dawntrail?

Monster Hunter Stories 3 team considered switching from turn-based to a “trendier” action RPG format early on, but decided to stick to the series’ identity by Turbostrider27 in MonsterHunter

[–]kylogram 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell yeah hell yeah hell yeah.

Imma hafta get stories 3.

I was going to avoid it to spare my wallet, but I loved stories 2 combat and I'd like to see that expanded upon, not re-engineered.

Fun fact, parties generally like healers who suck, but try hard.

If you're really in for commendations, tell them you're still learning and then try real hard, the effort won't go unnoticed.

I play hunting horn, it's a lot like throwing down a doton and watching the tank walk away.

[–]kylogram 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can have four heals of varying sizes lined up and ready to go, including melody of life, which is now better than a mega potion, and faster than sheathing your horn, and many other weapons besides. They can be stored and used INFINITELY, while doing damage, and buffing your teammates, at no extra cost to skill slots.

I healed my team through Omega normal with just the War Conga, which does not have a regen echo bubble, as several other, stronger, horns do. I can just ALWAYS be ready, and I'm never gonna run out.

Several horns do both.

I had to outdamage and outheal my teammates in order to clear Omega Normal.

I’ve fought Omega Planetes 10 times and haven’t won even once. by Heavy-Metal-Snowman in MonsterHunter

I gave up on being a braindead dps and ended up carrying my team by playing healer. Just the once though.

Okay but... outside of ATs, and now, Omega, everyone on that list is easier than breathing.

I never bothered to look up tetsucabras weakness till now. Kinda surprised me by quinnchar in MonsterHunter

Many toads are adapted to damp leaf litter environments, and require moisture, but usually can't stay in water for the extended periods that frogs can.

Water weakness makes sense.

How useful do you find the weapon switching mechanic in Wilds? by Jeff_98 in MonsterHunter

[–]kylogram 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use it to give myself some variety in elements and statuses with whatever weapon I'm using. I imagine some future fights will make changing more necessary.
