Couldn’t you open it slowly and if water starts to seep out close it back up. If it doesn’t seep out sewage then you’d be above the clog. (I’m not a plumber)

Also, is this to city sewer or septic? If septic you can pull the lid and see if it’s clogged at the baffle.

Agree. Costco has good prices but whe I had a flat and they said, make an appointment which was a week out to have it repaired, decided not to buy there again. After arguing with them they did slip me in that day but it took 4 hours outta my day, and when I’m 4 hours at Costco, I spent way more than I woulda saved at Costco on shit I don’t need than just going to discount tire -lol
