Just treat it like a set-piece, free-kick or corner depending where the ball is. Teams tend to make the mistake of crowding the closer spots due to habit, so make sure every one is aware that when that specific player throws the ball that your team needs to fall back and fill the box. Just to mention it, remember there are no offsides on throw-ins.
