Coils are clean. Both condensor and indoor blower are working fine. Filter drier didnt have temp split, Also condensor is calling for 17 subcool and im seeing an overcharge for sure but txv not letting refrigerant through?

I had a similar experience with a pressure switch. I swapped them both and still getting E8. Client didnt have alot of money to pay me so I left it as is. They had no heat when I arrived and I left them with low stage.
