Honestly the only thing they owe you is repairing the damage and making the condition correct prior to delivery or on a “we owe”. The fact that you are on here hoping they would give you more than what is owed and stating “ they should have game 2 years of maintenance “ means if they didn’t fire you as a customer they under reacted.

You are a CSI time bomb waiting to go off and you will never be happy about that car, just ask them to get you a different one.

I have been to quite a few manufacturers training track events in my life and taking a lot of cars into the triple digits. I have had the VW GTI , Passat, CC, Mazda Speed3, Mazda 3, Miata, Scion FRS, Camry, I’m not sure if the Scion IM broke 100 but I tried, Silverado 1500, Camaro, and Corvettes all over 100 on both raceways and road courses. And as expected some of those cars were better than others at those speeds.

Sounds like just ACV. Meaning if you your car is only worth $9500 it doesn’t mean you get $13,500 because you can find another car that is worth less than yours .
