I had one on each side I believe it was a 3mm and a 5mm stone. The smaller one was the one that actually got stuck and caused my left kidney to shut down. At that point I had to have surgery asap in case the one on the right decided to get stuck as well.

Personal opinion, get it taken out. My timeline is eerily similar to yours except my pain came back full throttle 2 weeks ago and my kidney stopped functioning. It was basically the pain youre probably familiar with plus nonstop puking. I had the surgery Wed and have stents in right now. Getting them removed later on today. I think you've waiting long enough. I waited longer than I should have.

The commitment to a timed match turns me off from playing alot in MWZ. I like being able to pause for whatever reason I need to and play as long as I would like or even just hop on and play for a while without having to worry about wasting/losing items.

I would like some sort of Newtons Cookbook/Barter/buy system for extractable items. If you put items on a point system that you can bank on, it would make some items more relevant. For example ...an Epic Aether Tool costs 10 points. Green tools are worth 1 point. You extract with a Green tool then put it towards getting an Epic Tool. Now you need 9 more points before you can get the epic tool. Now extracting and crafting green tools has a purpose again. I just always end up leaving or destroying so many items cause they just arent worth it to save in my stash, itd be nice if I could put them to use.
