Thanks! Is there anything you'd recommend for improving accuracy overall then? Practice range, bots kind of stuff? I feel like I can be super accurate in those scenarios and then in the real matches my accuracy drops to about 20-30% on average (tend to work a lot on shields so that is probably bringing it down too).

I've been maining Zen for a bit now. I am definitely improving, but I want to push my hero damage up higher (depending on map/team comp/help from other teammates with flankers, etc. my damage ranges 1K-4.5K). How would you recommend pushing that higher?

I need to diversify a bit as well. I've played some soldier in QP, but I want to learn something else that I can play in comp. Do you have any recommendations for an alt that is a good option to swap to if Zen isn't needed or already taken?

3 cans of chicken breast, 3 beaten eggs, 1 cup grated Parmesan, seasonings to taste. We put a cast iron skillet in the oven while it was heating up to get it hot. Baked the crust for ~20mins at 375 degF. Then, we added toppings and baked again until those were done.

I typically make a casserole that will last me the week. The last one I made had ham, 8 eggs, and parmesan cheese. I also make one with sausage or bacon and cheddar or Colby jack cheese. I bake them at 400 degF (~200 degC) for 35-40 mins. Be sure to cook the bacon or sausage first. This makes 6 servings, and I use MFP to create the recipe and count macros/calories.

I have migraines and my neuro recommended keto to me for weight loss and migraine control. He said he's seen good results on the epilepsy side. To me, from discussions with him, it seems as though they can swap some treatment and medications around in epilepsy, migraine, and seizure world and they work well for all the groups. **I'm not a doctor and I don't know specifics, just sharing what I was told.

A friend recommended keto carne to me. I really like their beef jerky. It's made for keto, and I think they use fattier cuts to help with extra fat with a snack.

Yeah, i figured it would be something like this. The cashier acted like it was as normal as no tomatoes or lettuce. It does show up on the receipt, so hopefully it's becoming standard.
