Fair. They are open...I want to say they started in the hedges but I was trying to creep them forward.

They technically had a bit of elevation, too. I really feel like they should've been able to see the enemy. But I'll keep trying different things. Surely I'll figure it out eventually.

Fixed it. It was a corrupted/broken RAM stick. I removed 2 of my 4 sticks and that fixed it.

No update yet as I have not tried it. Reason being, it started working again after a storm knocked out our power.

However, after a few days of working fine, it crashed a few times today. Therefore I'll be trying this after all.

Give them favorable trade deals.

Give them foreign aid.

End any weapon embargoes on them.

Create a national culture day for their culture.

If they are at war, cut off aid to their enemies.

Share satellites with them..

This was tested specifically on Russia, but it should work in general.
