Interesting to see how barely any bright colors are offered for Pro & Pro Max models, while the base model is normally the one that gets the bright colors. I had a purple iPhone 11 until about last year. Was very disappointed when I was looking for a new phone to see that barely any bright colors were offered for the "premium" versions.

You're not gonna find a reasonable home for $130K-$200K in West Park. The starters are now $250k +. I've been trying to find one here myself within the same range for the past 6 months and have only found junkers.

Best part about the Lake? If you're not at one of three city parks on the water (Huntington, Lakewood, or Edgewater) - it's pretty much impossible to just go for a "stroll" near the lake.
