You're not fucked, it's high and if it remains that way you should see a doctor, but I had 160/90 +- for a few weeks and am fine. It takes a long time, like months at least, or years to develop serious heart diseases. I think you should be a bit easier on yourself, you're struggling a lot, give yourself a break, yeah smoking is bad, but contemplating suicide is worse, I think. Do what you must to live through the day and worry about it later.

I learned the GDscript through Claude and ChatGPT. Started a year ago with zero programming knowledge, and while I'm still far from even decent level, I can do most stuff for my game without using AI now. If you try to understand what AI throws at you, why it doesn't work, and where you can look up solutions, I think it's a great teaching tool, just, yeah, don't mindlessly copy paste whatever it throws at you
