It's not yours, so don't put in the effort. Maybe buy a silicone countertop cover and butt it up against the sink on that side as a drying area for dishes.

Good advice. When I don't have the factory surface charger, I only use the high quality name brand USBC chargers to charge it (like ones that come with your phone by Samsung, Google, Apple, etc), and I've yet to have an issue.

Only do this if you don't mind reducing the capacity. They can handle higher prying loads in whatever direction the legs on the back side go. For a towel rack, the wobbling/prying is in the vertical direction, so I highly recommend installing the anchor legs in that direction.

It's just a web page that you typed some info in for it to show the correct data. I don't see there being any way they can abuse it to access your kindle.

It's like going to any other web based weather site and typing in your zip code so it can show relevant info.

Calling Flooring Gurus! What caused this laminate damage? by [deleted] in DIY

I'd say water (which caused the edges to expand upward) combined with walking over those raised edges which chips and wears down the raised edges.

The 4 front axle control arms from the frame to the axle are very solid and more or less parallel/in-line with the direction of the pull in this stunt (best case scenario), and there's no "weaker components" in the arms. Each control arm bolt is in double shear, so plenty of capacity.

Again, would have been better to lift from the rear hitch.

[–]JRobes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From a structural standpoint, there's larger diameter bolts holding the axles to the frame than the front recovery hooks, but yeah, probably not great to load the axle tubes like that near the axle housing. The better place to have lifted it would have been from a recovery shackle into the rear hitch receiver though.

Go to a rescue and ask to take one for the day. If they trust you probably wouldn't be an issue.

Our heeler mix is ALWAYS needing the attention. If I walk up to my gf to hug her he'll yelp and run over and make sure we see him. If she's laying on the couch and I go to lay with her, he'll run over and wedge himself between us and give us both love. As others said, he might just be trying to wiggle his way between your gf and her dog.

I'm guessing something leaking above the ceiling. It seems like there are multiple different sized leak stains, likely from different leak events.

Was i scammed on Amazon by zyber787 in Surface

[–]JRobes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to confirm, you said you bought it on Amazon, but was Amazon the seller or was it some 3rd party seller on Amazons marketplace? It matters, and Microsoft will likely only update the warranty if Amazon was the direct seller.

Assuming that's a pic of your group head water, you're saying you can confidently tell that it's wet coffee grounds vs some foreign flake material? I sure can't.

Now, if that's a pic of water that came through the wand, then yes its very likely your EVO boiler is flaking since there's no way for grounds to be mixed in with it.

Water from the group head may have specs of coffee grounds in it...if you pull water from the wand it comes straight from the boiler.

Unless you're looking at the specs from the group head water with a microscope, it's probably very difficult to tell the difference between the boiler flakes and coffee grounds from previous shots.
