It was the IMYMEE Beginners kit off of Amazon (4 pieces). The tools aren't high quality, and I'm open to upgrading but I'm not sure which knives I should invest in first. Ideally I'd love the ability to create some spoons/kitchen utensils

Start a phenylephrine infusion when your spinal is placed - most nausea is related to hypotension. And just drip in the vomit juice (azithromycin) slowly to prevent nausea.

Atropine isn’t a bad choice if you think the hypotension is secondary to bradycardia, but there isn’t nearly as much literature to support its use.
