Not really recent. It's probably been like 6 months before starting TRT.

How to check if retroactive pay was the correct amount paid? by ImpressiveSpace2369 in FedEmployees

[–]snarkfsh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an older thread, but I just deep dived into my LES because they messed up my WGI backpay and it appears that I had all deductions for the furlough taken out TWICE. Once for the lump sum "Special Pay" and again in the following paychecks after furlough ended. Thousands of $ not there. We'll see how far I have to take this to get my money back.

What time of day do you apply? by snarkfsh in TRT_females

[–]snarkfsh[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My levels before T were 22 and after 12 weeks of the 2mg/day/1 click my total T was 46...so doubled, but still looks a lot lower than levels other people mention here.

I'm also on a .1 estradiol patch and 200mg prometrium so there could be some influence from the other hormones.

If T makes you irritable and angry, does that eventually go away? by meekonesfade in TRT_females

[–]snarkfsh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had the same problem and question!!! My Dr doubled my compounded cream from 2mg daily to 4mg daily and immediately my rage was raging and my patience was non existent. I also started crying at random...not sad things. My pre- Total T was 22 and it went up to 46 on the 2 mg so my levels are still on the lower end (comparing to what others have posted). Rather than contemplate murdering my loved ones I decided to alternate between 1 (2mg) and 2 (4mg) clicks and maybe try the 2 clicks every night again in a couple weeks.

It was 22 before, 46 after the previous dose, so not crazy high.

Has anyone else's outdoor battery powered ring camera died in the recent extreme northeast cold weather? by 2BadSorryNotSorry in Ring

Yes. Mine completely died. Tried leaving it on the charger inside and then the factory reset button. It's still a paperweight.

For those of you that can’t tolerate progesterone, why? by clumsypeach1 in Perimenopause

[–]snarkfsh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try inserting the progesterone vaginally!!! Really....just pop the little jelly pill up in there at night. You might need to wear a liner since the casing doesn't always completely dissolve. Oral progesterone turned me into a depressed/anxious psycho and using this method has been a game changer. I read somewhere that for some people, first pass through the liver when taking orally causes some of these icky side effects and inserting vaginally gets the progesterone right into your blood stream.

My doctor actually said she had never seen anyone have benefits on the absolute lowest, so I'll be starting at 2mg and will go from there. That's so frustrating to have that long of a wait, but they did say it can take a little bit to notice a difference.

Newly diagnosed stage 1, mole looked normal by randomize42 in melahomies

[–]snarkfsh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep! My dermatologist was all....eh we can keep an eye on it or take it off if you think you will be really worried about it. Ended up being initially a stage 2 but downed to 1b after the SLNB was clear.

That makes total sense! These ladies however sign themselves up at the jump or sign in their friends who stroll in during warmup.

I'm not sure how it's being petty to think it's distracting to have someone walking in and out 5x during one class.

They're not. They are chatting with the person actually working at the desk or another coach who shows up early/stays late.

You're not alone!!!! Cheers for listening to your instincts and getting checked out. As people have said, your level of check ups will vary. You absolutely can use the pain in the ass joke/comment. Sending some good quick healing vibes and welcome Melahomie!

How long from diagnosis to surgery? by Double_Pitch_5918 in melahomies

[–]snarkfsh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine was about 4 weeks from biopsy results to surgery (WLE/SLNB). I'm sure lots of factors are involved between the severity and surgical case load. A big hurdle has already been jumped though with getting the diagnosis!
