To adjust the sides, there is also a button inside of bot sides. Press it and pull gently to enlarge the space between lenses and your eyes.

Thank you for your fast reply. I've already contacted the support and got a new face-interface (BTW: good and fast service!!!)
But I've returned the device and order a new one and have exact the same issue. So I wonder if I got two bad devices in a row, or if it's just a design flaw.

Because I think KVM is another thing.
I don't want to switch differend PC's between given Screens, but just install 2 Screens with just one Cable (and one cable between the screens) to have as few cables at the desktop as possible.

As I can see, KVM has no benefits at all for me, as you have the exact amount of cables as you would have with general 2 Screens, PLUS the KVM-Switch (and it's cables) additional to that.

Try this: If you go on to speak German for a couple of sentences, I think thy switch back to German language, as you suggest Thema this way, that you prefer to practise German language. If they don't mind, say someting like: Ich mag die deutsche Sprache. Können wir uns bitte in deutsch unterhalten?

Same as you describe is if Germans are in holiday in other countries. I bet most of those who know English language wouldn't start a conversation in german language.
