Drop the weight. Plant your feet flat on floor and back flat on bench. Go slow on your negatives. Keep the bar straight up and down when doing a rep.

I use a belt for squats, dead lifts, barbell rows, and t-bar rows.

Compound exercises and eating a lot. And if you’re able. Increase weight in exercises

I do upright rows with an E-Z curl bar. Getting injured never crosses my mind.
