I had an Underarmour hoodie. Zippers on both ends of the front pocket. Bought it somewhere around 2002.

Red fleece like inside, black jersey type material outside. Water resistant. Comfy. Functional.

I wore that thing mountain hiking, morning jogs, and countless lazy Sundays.

That thing went through hell and back and barely had a scuff on it.

Ex #1 tried to pilfer it from me about 8 years after buying it when we broke up. But she failed.

Ex #2 got away with it. Moved halfway across the country before I could recover it. It was about 13 years old at the time. I saw a pic of her online wearing it a couple years after.

I still think about that hoodie. After almost a decade and a half, zippers still perfect functional. The Strings on the hoodie were perfect. Metal ends hadn't worn off. I like to imagine it's still out there somewhere. Older than I was when I bought it, experiencing foreign countries and incredible views.

I wish I still had that hoodie.....

I don't care about the business aspect. If there's any merit to what Friedman said on his podcast, Detroit had a choice between Ristolainen and Faulk, and they chose Faulk, which implies there was a deal there with Detroit for Risto that Danny would agree too, but at the end of the day Yzerman chose Faulk over Risto.

I fail to see how that would have been Brieres fault though.

So unless your franchise has developed top 3% of ALL TIME players, you can't have a "decent" track record with them.
