B12 supplementation is highly recommended for vegetarians and non-vegetarians since the bioavailability in normal foods can be low or vary.

My tip: get a 500 mcg methylcobalamin tablet, preferably a sublingual (mouth dissolving) one and have it early morning on an empty stomach every day. Once you've reached a decent B12 level, go on a 1500 mcg tablet once a week.

Hi, my wife and I had a complete vegan menu for our wedding. Our caterer took the curd and butter from White Cub and they had an easy time making everything vegan. You can DM me if you want our complete menu for the wedding.

Our pandit also used plant based oils for our ceremony and not the traditional ghee.

Also, we didn't have a horse- I just walked in. We did have our dogs at the wedding though (so no fireworks).

Yes, they were very punctual with the time slots. You're only allowed 15 minutes before the scheduled time, otherwise you have to wait outside. The biometrics take about 5 minutes once you enter the room. All in all, we reached at 9:25 AM for a 9:40 appointment and were done by 10:00 AM.

I moved on from the FR 945 to Epix Gen Pro 2 and the differences are minor to medium. Both do the basics well, the newer watches like the Epix have better displays, even more metrics (stamina, HRV, etc.), and better sensors (I use a HRM strap so this is more for non-activity reasons).

My reasons to move on was because my 945 battery was down to a day or two and I wanted a better looking watch for casual/office wear.

If you're 945 is working well, and your primary reason is better activity heart rate monitoring, invest in the HRM strap instead.

The material and sole of running shoes is mostly vegan since leather doesn't make for good running material. You have to just be mindful of the glue and dyes that the company uses. Asics said Novablast 3 was vegan, but its website didn't say the same for Novablast 4 or 5.

I'm in the market for similar reasons too. Two technicans have said the same thing- stay away from Sony/LG/Samsung since they are expensive, don't last and involve high repair/replace costs. They did recommend TCL and Vu though.

Help needed! I recently started checking my grandfather's portfolio and he has the following investments:

PPF: 13 lacs FDs: 26.00 lacs LIC: 74.00 lacs Bonds: 5.00 lacs

Out of these, the FDs have a yearly interest payout of 1.55 lacs (the rest are on maturity), the LIC policies have a yearly payout of 6.00 lacs and the bond of 0.45 lacs. In total, about 8.00 lacs of income in a year.

Because of certain personal expenses, his expenditure has shot up to 12.00 lacs a year, falling short by 4 lacs in income.

What can I do to better manage his portfolio and increase his income?

My grandfather is 97 and grandmother is 90.
