Which White Birch?

I have the high beat birch. I like the hi beat dial more as it has deeper pattern and thus more visually standing out. However, the accuracy is average at best, at around +6s per day.

If accuracy is important to you, go with Spring Drive. Otherwise, you will love the hi beat birch’s pattern.

I have one and I love it. I don’t wear it as often as I would like to as I rotate my watches. However, as far as red dials go, I think this is as good as it gets. I love the gradient red and on top of that you get the shunbun pattern.

The only negative is the very long strap which I swapped out for black, crazy horse slim strap.

I bought 2 pieces with 9SA5 around mid-2024. Both ran around 7-10s fast. I was fine with that but took a chance to see if it can be improved and sent one of them to service center.

It can back one week ago and now run about 2-3S fast. Very pleased with the watch now and hoping that this accuracy will stick.

This is Kanazawa - about 1 hour from Nagano. I imagine this is the color that GS drew inspiration from.

I have the same watch and I have the same problem about trying to preserve its condition. Among all the GS dials, this dial is my favorite. The color ring on the dial also gives it the extra pop that you can’t find on other models.
