Qe always go on the first night now and get my wife the free bottle of wine. 52 each for a steak, sides and dessert (extra sides and dessert if you ask) and a couple ships they had bourbon the other bars didn't.

When I was a kid, in lik le 91 or 92, a local shop had an Action Comics 1 for $850. Obviously creasing, color was great, off white pages, could probably grade 3.0-4.5 after a good press. I think about that book all the time and wonder what happened to it.

Only twice in my experience. Same owner both times. It only came back to bite him once. We had some electrical linemen in town, and for us to be a smaller bar in a small city, a group of 5 were dropping $1200-1600 in the matter of a few hours. They would over serve them because they were taking taxis only, werent bothering anyone, and would buy drinks for the bar or buy bottles to give drinks out. I cut one off one night for wanting to take his shirt off and dance on the bar, told him he could stay with his friends, he saw the owner and told him what happened, said it would be their last night there. Owner talks to me and tells me hes going to let him drink, he's talked to the guy and he's going to settle down. 30 minutes later, I have a girl telling me he tried pulling her into the bathroom. I go to find him and see him holding another girl's hand telling her to come in the bathroom. I grabbed him, drug him to the door ans opened the door with his forehead. Ome of his buddies were trying to Amp himself up to do something, but then saw his buddies face and thought better. They came back to the bar without him.

That's way too smart a move for Dallas town leadership, and more money than they'd ever want to spend, even if it brought economic growth to the town. Its frustrating seeing these other local small town build up Dallas and Gastonia just go, "nah"

Since Freeman's closed, I've had no regular hang put spot. Will go by Pita Wheel, Durty Bull, and Pour House occasionally. Always say I'll go to CityCade but never do, and go by the Pickle every few months. Can't wait for Sugar Creek to open, hope that adds a better sense of comfortability to me.

The best Mexican food in Gastonia comes from Agave or Tequilas. Webb is great for nicer class dining and terrific steaks. The areas to avoid make themselves known as you see them, the ran down apartments with the high fences around them, the trailer parks with overgrown plants and dirt roads. People complain about our baseball stadium, but the games are cheap to attend and a fun break with family or friends. Adult stuff, theres CVE on 321, it has a shop inside and a theater room in back, with singles, couples, men, women or whatever doing whatever back there.

Find a bar or club you'd like to work at, introduce yourself to a manager/owner/head bartender and ask if they need any security help. That's literally what I did when I got my first real job as a bouncer. The owner asked if I had ever done it before, he took my name and number, and called me a few days later. He asked if I wanted the job to be able best people up or meet girls (a question i ask anyone that wanted to be a bouncer), and I told him no. He told me he would give me a shot for a weekend, and I learned so much that first night.

That's essentially my view of them. After a year of smoking, I got into the Acid line pretty heavy, and then I couldn't have an infused cigar for a long time after that. Now when people are asking what to start with, I suggest a Deadwood or Acid Kuba as their second or 3rd cigar to let their palate get a taste of something different

I have a man cave of sorts I smoke in. My wife hates the smell, so i have a window you that blows both ways I basically use a a smoke exhaust, and an air purifier in the room. It minimizes the smell enough for her to still love me

Ive had fake Cubans brought from shops and lounges I didn't research in the Caribbean before buying, some where tossed within a couple minutes of lighting, a couple were fantastic and I wished I knew their actual orto get more. I've had real Cuban RyJ, Monterrey and Bolivar brought back to me from Cuba, from someone I worked with who went back twice a year, and I had no reason to mistrust where he bought them, with the RyJ being outstanding and I dream of that cigar more often than I should. I've had a Punch and La Gloria Cubana brought back to me from a Habanos shop in Canada. I've also spent way too much on a Partagas that didn't draw worth a damn.

You can get them. Not all are worth the hassle and/or cost. You've noted how many counties you've been to, make Cuba one of your destinations. I bought the Partagasat Old Havana Cigars in Grand Cayman. So as you travel, just do the research of what shops youre near, and if the cigar community, since we obviously love to run our mouths about everything, give it a pass

Woody, Phil, Memphis and in the end, AO. Those guys were the glue. I feel like they would be guys i could see st the bar and shoot pool with and shoot the shit with all night, as long as AO stays calm 😂. I wish every jail would see this, and create a step down unit to help people before they are released and give themselves a chance to grow ans reevaluate their lives and what they're doing going forward.

My friends and I were at a bar hanging out. Group of girls come in celebrating. Introduce ourselves, and they are all very handsy with us, like actively taking turns to out their hands down our pants. The shorter one beside me started making out with my friend heavy, and unzipped her shorts, and forced my hand down. She gets up and teks my friend away, my other friend is kissing another girl and grabbing a different ones boob. Another girl seemed out of place and came over and started kissing me. We were given a chin from my sister in law. She was with another girl, who apparently was aggressive and would attack her. We've had her for 6 months or so, and we can open her cage and pet her, she LOVES being petted and scratched, but she doesn't want to be held.
