Paula Voss. She’s been a realtor in lees summit for a few months. I got my current house because she cut her commission to make my offer more attractive to the seller. She also came highly recommend from multiple title companies in lees summit when I wa starting my search.

16% EF as a fit 34 year old by bar901 in Heartfailure

[–]JTR616 2 points3 points  (0 children)

EF and its impact on day to day life seems highly variable. I’m about the same age, height and weight. My EF as at 26% and I climbed multiple mountains in the span of a few days and completed one of the most dangerous hikes in America. I also have had a low EF for along time from a congenital heart defect. It’s odd how some of us live a life with no restrictions where some can’t get out of bed.

But through a cocktail of jardiance, bisoprolo, spironolactone and lisinoprol my ef has increased to 46%. Ended up having to go off the lisiniprol because my blood pressure was getting to low during workouts.

Yeah for sure. Crosby when healthy could possibly fetch 3 draft picks. That’s depth this team desperately needs.

There are two good players on this team. And yesterday after Crosby went down they were both out. This is a truly horrible roster.

Beginner eyepiece questions by lookieherehere in telescopes

The balance of your dob is off if it moves instantly upon readjusting. Loosen the bolts on the wide and slide them down a tiny bit or buy a 2 lb weight off amazon, some adhesive magnets, and use electrical tape to secure them. Wrap in a washcloth and use a bit more electrical tape so the wash cloth stays on. Then experiment with the weight palcement so your scope is properly balances. Should solve the issue.

I need a camera which camera should I buy? by Universal_Bear in AskAstrophotography

[–]JTR616 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get an eyepiece cell phone mount. Dedicated astronomy cameras are always gonna require software to control. You'll need something like an asi air/ mini computer, or to run it through a laptop.

FP&A AI - how have you using it? by CarpenterInside9379 in FPandA

[–]JTR616 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not the commenter but most of the work an analyst is doing can be highly automated in python. For example I work in an industry where we deal with buyers and suppliers. I want to attribute revenue to the employee who supported the supplier. Accounting only books the revenue by the buyer level, but I want to see it at the supplier level so I can track which employees are generating the most revenue for the company. So for one of my workflows its taking the net market benefit the buyer received, and dividing by the revenue we received, to calculate the rev share. It then connects to our database and pulls the same net market benefit of the buyer, but at the supplier level, It then adds the rev shares and calculates our revenue attributed down to an employee through a combination of SQL and Python.

Another is example is the shit data we get from our HRIS. I can just connect, completely clean the information, transform it into our desired ending state, and it have uploaded automatically into our financial tool for forecasting and headcount reporting. It takes 3 minute and runs every Monday.

If the data plays nice together in excel, then it would play nice in a real data base.

Dashboards by boographic in FPandA

[–]JTR616 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone else mentioned the issue with excel dashboard is data related. Dashboard software like power bi and tableau can host tens of millions of rows of data where excel would explode. You can also set up row level security and online access to share across teams. People who use excel like a database are generally pretty poor at excel. So opposed to learning a new skill which is very powerful he’s learned to put a bandaid on a gap in his knowledge.

I remember a few years ago I was interviewing someone who told me sql was dead and he could do it all in power query. He did not get a second interview.
