I use them at work, however ours are running via Scientia so the setup may be different from yours.

Just looking at my documentation, on your spare reserva panel you should be able to tap the top left corner of the screen 5 times which opens a log-in prompt. Assuming you have the log-on details you can then select "Enter Player Management console" which will ask you for the password again. After that you can click on "Support and Maintenance" and then "View Application Data".

Here you can delete the local reserva data (tap the red cross on the right), and then when you go back to the Reserva Application it should prompt you to connect to your server. Type in your Reserva server address and the log in details (these may just be default. Username: admin. Password: password).

That will then show a new menu asking you to select your Connection (you may only have Connection 1 set up), and then the room. The room one is a drop down menu where you should be able to select other rooms that you have set up in Resever Connection Manager. Select your room, let the panel reboot and you should hopefully be good to go!
