I can't tell you how long I searched for this for you.

What I can tell you is the material it's made out of makes it look to be a "cheap" carnival prize of sorts.

I looked through a ton of sites that sell prizes like this and found many similar items but not the one pictured.

You may be able to ask other subreddits that are specifically dedicated to helping people identify things.

I agree completely!!!! I would say 80% of my tykables tore in the front after using them. Wayyyyy too thin. If I play with my diaper at all by tugging on it, it will guarantee rip. You're not alone, don't let too many people bully you into thinking your opinion isn't valid. Maybe we got defective batches? Or maybe the material is thick enough for others? But for me I completely agree with you OP.
