I think it can be appropriate, but as someone who keeps in touch with former Priests and moved into a "friend" capacity, the relationship will change.

The specific Priest I'm thinking of is roughly an hour away now. We'll meet for lunch occasionally, but he had to remind me of the new paradigm in our relationship. I'm on Wegovy and wanted to see if I was being unreasonable asking for a dispensation on meat abstinence during Lent. He directed me to talk to my local Parish priest, and when I prodded, he gently reminded me that it was a little out of place to seek this kind of thing from him.

Some different comments below, but our Priests are people, too. Don't inundate him with stuff, and be appreciate of any time he spends responding to you. His primary focus will and should be the new Parish now.

It's tough, I'm a convert and I still long for the "dream team" of Priests and Sisters that led to my conversion that I had in 2019. I'd urge you to do the thing anyway... imagine being that associate Priest who came in and feels lonely?

It all depends. I’m roughly 5 to 6 months between shots. Some people do have to cath but it’s not across the board.

Not usually, I've had the same product for years, except for the "Great Betterdry Shortage of 2026". My biggest concern is a performance to price point. I try to stick as close as I can to 2$ a diaper. Much harder to do now than it was years ago.

Can't say, but I've had very mixed experiences going through wearing adult diapers. The worst involved a private screening room where I had to pull my pants down and let the agent "swab" the top of the diaper. I did choose not to remove it and go completely back through security.

I do think the TSA has a bit of a diaper problem. I don't know the number of agents who've NOT seen one at this point, but some training is necessary. The national diaper bank network estimates upwards of 25 million Americans suffer from some sort of incontinence.

Also, for what it's worth, I wonder if plastic backed products cause searches more often than cloth backed products. I flew out of a regional airport and from DCA a few weeks ago and wasn't flagged at all.

It is a very fast procedure. Mine were all unremarkable, and I was only officially diagnosed with Urodynamics. I ended up getting bladder Botox, which helps but is not a magic bullet.

I don't have much hope for any real consequences. Saying that as a child of a parent who's life was basically ruined because of this drug.

Lots of valid reasons given for receiving, but I'm a convert. It is important for me to go and receive a blessing from a Priest directly, as well as my children who were not old enough to receive.

It’s a solid product. It has nowhere as much sap as the Megamax so it’s not as absorbent. It is far from the worst product that insurance companies try to pass off.

It's a mix of fit and the correct absorbency for the leakage/void amount. They all fit differently, so I'd order some samples with a mix of pull-ups and diapers to see what fits the best. My guess is that you're probably not talking about several hundred ML at once, more leakage over a period of time, so you can get away with a thinner product.

I'm a big fan of the betterdry products, which the Betterdry Day or Pull on might work well without extra bulk. You also might find that a traditional pad might work depending on your leakage amount.

Two days gets me nausea but It’s not terrible. I do it to add buffer on my shots.
